Welcome to this class! I’m Dr. Ann Friedman, Psychologist and Certified Mindfulness Facilitator. I began practicing mindfulness in 2007 after experiencing several panic attacks. I have never had another. Practicing mindfulness changed my life. It helps me create a sense of well being, no matter what challenges I am facing. I hope that it will do the same for you.
