Mindfulness?
- Training the mind to focus attention on present moment;

- Learning acceptance of what we cannot change;
- Recognizing our biased and distorted thoughts and letting them go;
- Being with difficult emotions and understanding what they might be needing;
- Letting go of our judgments of self and others and using discernment instead;
- Developing equanimity, compassion, and loving kindness.
